Return Policy

Software CD packages are returnable within 30 days of purchase provided the package has not been opened (including shrink-wrapping) and is in re-sellable condition. If these criteria are met, a full refund will be issued except for the shipping cost paid at the time of the purchase. The customer will also incur costs associated with shipping the CD package back to Xtreme Prototypes. The customer must first contact Xtreme Prototypes and receive an RA number from an Xtreme Prototypes staff member, and include this number with the return package. Returns with no RA number will not be accepted.

Opened software CD packages are not refundable under any circumstances. Software download sales are final and not refundable.
